I worked with Alisher. It appears his normal course of dealings is to cheat his workers out of pay and blame us when his carts and scooters break, when he overbooks reservations, and doesn't refund the customers money. I've discovered I'm not the only one he has done this to. I know of at least two others now. He owes me thousands of dollars in past due paychecks and I'm now forced to sue him in court. He is a coward who blocks the phone numbers of workers he owes paychecks and customers who are due refunds. He even runs away down the street from customers he owes refunds. He doesn't maintain his carts and scooters and they are constantly breaking on customers, or won't start, lights and signals don't work, brakes won't stop the carts.
If you are one of the many customers he owes refunds, I've provided his contact information, because he doesn't have a physical business location. He sneaks his carts into The Best Western Hibiscus, Eden House, Casa Marina, Ocean Key, The Marker, Almond Tree and uses their electricity to charge his carts. He has been banned from La Co**ha, The Pier House, and Santa Maria parking lots for using their parking lots. He also parks his gas carts all along Vernon Street by Louie's Backyard.
He pays Hotel Desk agents cash commissions to recommend his business at The Best Western Hibiscus, Winslows Bungalows, Opal Key Resort, H20, Casa Marina, Heron House, Fitch Lodge, Margaritaville, and he pays them late and avoids them too. He constantly forwards the business phone to a worker because he's too cowardly to face the people he owes.
I've worked for many companies since I was 15 years old and I've never worked with someone so emotionally unintelligent, disrespectful, dishonorable and unscrupulous. Work or be a customer of this company at your own peril.
