My place is newly renovated, completely newly painted inside and out brand new AC system, brand new washer and dryer, new dining set and so many more new things as far as furnishings go.

Booking directly through me, will save you a minimum of 20% versus booking online online but I’m happy to take reservations either way.
My place supplies everything from your linens and beach towels to bikes and coolers and a brand new grill and beach chairs .
You even get your own covered parking space at my unit.
