Enjoy watching the whales during our winter months or stunning sunsets from your private lanai. Here is where you can truly be immersed in beach life. The Royal Mauian 504 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that sleeps 6. You might not notice that this condo does not have air conditioning as this condo stays cool with crisp ocean breezes that Kihei is known for. Ceiling fans are throughout the condo. The updated full kitchen is perfect for cooking meals in-house. The kitchen has granite countertops, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee brewing, glass- and culinary-ware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The main living area has plenty of seating and a sofa that opens to a full-size bed, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy TV equipped with cable in every room and Wi-Fi throughout. Let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep in this master bedroom. The King Master Suite sleeps to the soundtrack of rolling waves and beautiful ocean views. The master bedroom opens to the lanai and offers an en suite remodeled bathroom, equipped with a shower/tub combination and TV equipped with cable. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and TV with cable. The guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower. This condo has a private washer and dryer for added convenience. Guests also have the convenience of one (1) parking space. For your added comfort while at the beach, beach chairs and umbrella are provided, as well as beach towels and a cooler. The Royal Mauian features a heated oceanside pool, and newly renovated rooftop garden equipped with 4 brand new gas grills, a fully equipped kitchen, ample dining tables to enjoy an oceanside dinner or a quiet cocktail at day's end, and best of all-- a stunning 360-degree view, which includes 10,000 foot Mount Haleakala, the ocean and neighboring islands, and Maui’s famous panoramic sunsets with unencumbered views. Given Royal Mauian's superb location, our unit #504 is just 25 minutes from Kahului Airport OGG. Within 15 minutes’ drive is Maui Ocean Center and whale watching tours, Molokini Crater snorkeling tours, Maui Brewing Co. Royal Mauian is also two hours shorter Road to Hana day trip; and one-hour shorter roundtrip to the starry skies, sunsets, and sunrises at Haleakalā summit than from Ka’anapali. Just 2 miles north of Wailea with its renowned shops and Robert Trent Jones golf courses. Snorkeling is excellent directly in front of the condo, as well as numerous other places nearby. The property is located in the heart of South Kihei and is at the epicenter of the island’s active beach lifestyle. Available activities are too numerous to mention, but you can Paddleboard or kayak right off the unit, with gear rental across the street. Take surf lessons at South Kihei’s ‘Cove,’ a two-block walk. More than a dozen restaurants, of all persuasions, await nearby. And alongside the condo, the island’s longest beach walking path meanders in both directions, taking you past five wonderfully distinctive beaches. The beach accessories we provide are beach towels, beach chairs, an ice chest, and a beach umbrella. There is a rental store right across the street from our complex that rents snorkel gear, bikes, boogie boards, and several other beach accessories. We are dedicated to ensuring that your rental is safe and sanitary. We have evaluated our cleaning practices with the onset of COVID-19 to make sure that we are using the proper chemicals and techniques. Rest assured, we have implemented new procedures that include frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas, linen sanitization, and we have given our staff robust training to ensure that our standards are one of the highest in the industry. Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click "Book Now". In the event a guest may need to extend their stay for any reason, the guest agrees to pay for any additional nights stayed in the unit. This must first be approved by the owner.
