The kitchen has granite countertops, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee brewing, glass- and culinary-ware, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The main living area has plenty of seating and a sofa that opens to a full-size bed, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy TV equipped with cable in every room and Wi-Fi throughout. Given Royal Mauian's superb location, our unit #504 is just 25 minutes from Kahului Airport OGG. Within 15 minutes’ drive is Maui Ocean Center and whale watching tours, Molokini Crater snorkeling tours, Maui Brewing Co. Royal Mauian is also two hours shorter Road to Hana day trip; and one-hour shorter roundtrip to the starry skies, sunsets, and sunrises at Haleakalā summit than from Ka’anapali. Just 2 miles north of Wailea with its renowned shops and Robert Trent Jones golf courses. Snorkeling is excellent directly in front of the condo, as well as numerous other places nearby. The property is located in the heart of South Kihei and is at the epicenter of the island’s active beach lifestyle. Available activities are too numerous to mention, but you can Paddleboard or kayak right off the unit, with gear rental across the street. Take surf lessons at South Kihei’s ‘Cove,’ a two-block walk. More than a dozen restaurants, of all persuasions, await nearby. And alongside the condo, the island’s longest beach walking path meanders in both directions, taking you past five wonderfully distinctive beaches. The beach accessories we provide are beach towels, beach chairs, an ice chest, and a beach umbrella. There is a rental store right across the street from our complex that rents snorkel gear, bikes, boogie boards, and several other beach accessories. We have evaluated our cleaning practices with the onset of COVID-19 to make sure that we are using the proper chemicals and techniques. Rest assured, we have implemented new procedures that include frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas, linen sanitization, and we have given our staff robust training to ensure that our standards are one of the highest in the industry.
