"Cute and quiet condo in Kihei/Wailea area, walking distance to Kamaole Beach 3, gorgeous views of the water and sunset from the patio. The unit was impressively clean, well decorated, full kitchen with yummy snacks, washer and dryer (that you can't use after 10pm), parking spot right in front of the unit, very spacious. fun bar/upscale outdoor mall in Wailea with a couple of good restaurants also, nearby grocery store and gas station too. Lots of beach equipment in the unit to borrow and they also have a pool! I would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful vacation, so nice a to have a whole condo to relax in vs just a hotel room in the resort area. One of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed in, great communication with the manager, too."

Recent review: Sam’s place offers a nice combination of excellent view, spacious and clean space and homey vibes. We had the best time visiting the beach as it was so close and the place has needed accessories like beach chairs and towels to use. The kitchen is plentifully equipped and has all you need. We’d highly recommend staying at Sam’s place. Mahalo!

Maui is now encouraging people to visit their island. Our ocean-view condo is not in an area that was affected by the fire. It is booked much of this coming winter, but it IS currently available Dec. 18-24 of THIS year. And we just dropped the price.

The firefighter family has found longer-term housing & Maui is now encouraging tourists to visit areas of the island that were not affected by the tragic fire in Lahaina. So our condo is now available to book.

In light of the tragic disaster in Lahaina, we are opening our Kihei condo up to a Lahaina firefighter & his family who have lost everything but their lives in the fire. The part of Maui where our condo is located was not affected by the fire, so this is the least we can do. Thank you to all who are expressing concern.

Recent review from Eugene: "Sam has a beautiful condo that has many of the features we need as a family with two growing boys. We enjoyed cooking and dining on the outdoor patio during sunsets while taking in the view of the water. Sam’s condo has an updated kitchen and comfy air mattresses for the living room pull out sofa. We appreciate using the boogie boards and sand chairs which made our trip a blast each day at a different beach. The updated appliances helped us wash clothes, sheets, and towels and dishes and help to keep our stay tidy. We look forward to our next trip to Maui and hope Sam’s place will be available. Mahalo."

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Kamaole! The unit was spacious with a wonderful Lanai that we spent all of our time on! The kitchen was well stocked and they provided great beach chairs,towels, umbrella and boogie boards! A fabulous welcome gift was waiting for us which was a great touch! The grounds are beautiful with two fantastic pools and hot tubs! Walking distance or a short drive to so many amazing beaches!

Well stocked and spacious. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. Sam and the property manager were both so hospitable! Close to restaurants, a grocery store, and beaches. Yet set back in the complex—away from the noisy street. Great launching point to Haleakalā and the Road to Hana. Enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after long hikes.

The condo was ideal for a week stay, within easy walk to beaches and the restaurant and shopping center of Kehei but very secluded and quiet with soothing views of the ocean and mountains. The spacious condo was absolutely clean and well equipped, a standout being the kitchen that has everything imaginable. The owner helped us tremendously when plans changed. Well worth it and we will return.

Very clean condo in the perfect location for taking advantage of the best beaches Maui has to offer. Within 10-15 of the rental in either direction are amazing sites for snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, or just relaxing. Amazing view of the ocean from the patio and there wasn’t a day that went by that we didn’t see whales! This rental delivers as promised.

This is a beautifully decorated, very comfortable unit and we appreciated the Hawaiian snacks left on the counter for us! The lanai view is lovely. We spent a lot of time out there soaking up the view while eating our meals. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you would need. The bedroom is huge for a condo, has its own bathroom, ac and a little private patio with a drying rack for suits and towels which is really convenient if your family spends a lot of time in the water. The unit is within walking distance of beaches, requires some up/down hill walking, but all paved walkways. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, a brief walk away from the unit. We did have one issue, and the property manager and the owner responded immediately and helped. Very nice people. We would stay here again.

Recent review from Jonahan Sedivy: This condo is great! Highly recommend. Location is wonderful and view is amazing. The condo community itself is maintained very nicely and the pool is beautiful. The hosts are very responsive and we could not ask for more with communication. The unit was very clean which was nice. We brought our one year old and it was super convenient the condo had a pack and play and a booster seat to serve as a high chair. We loved our time staying here it was a wonderful vacation.
