A collection of food and drink recipes from West Maui Chefs and restaurants. Proceeds from The Lahaina Cookbook benefit Fresh Help Maui, a non-profit organization based in Maui that uses donations to provide meals, locally caught fresh fish, and education to those impacted by the August 2023 wildfires. Founded by Maui Fisherman and Community Leader Chimo Shipp and a group of friends in the early days following the wildfires, the Fresh Help Maui team knows the importance of food security in an island economy. Your purchase of The Lahaina Cookbook will help them fulfill their mission of providing food security for those impacted.

The Lahaina Cookbook is available for pre-order now!
The cookbook features over 100+ food and drink recipes, many from West Maui Chefs and restaurants who experienced significant loss due to the 2023 wildfires and were directly impacted. The cookbook is available as a print and digital edition.
