Wake up to beautiful sunrises, visit beaches steps from the unit, walk to stores and restaurants. We own a 2 bedroom 2 bath with laundry, full kitchen and Air Conditioning at the Maui Banyan located in Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. We purchased this condo from the previous owners on April 30th, 2024. We are turning this condo into a luxurious and comfortable place for families to stay and enjoy Maui. There

are a few options for renting the place to include a 1br 1ba with the kitchen (sleeps 4-5) and/or a separate studio with kitchenette. Both places have a beautiful lanai with garden views.

Greetings Snowbirds! Want to spend time in paradise? We are offering a March 2025 special for a month at our condo at the Maui Banyan in Kihei, Maui. 2 bed / 2 bath - $9,750; 1 bed / 1 bath - $7500; or Studio $4750.

The condo is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park II. Snorkel with the fish and the turtles. Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or spend time walking to the many local shops or eateries. The Maui Banyan has two pools with hot tubs that are equidistant to our unit. Check out our little slide of paradise. Prices below depending upon configuration desired.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom: Includes full kitchen, laundry, AC, and free parking. There is 1 cal king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa (purchased July 2024). Sleeps up to 6 adults comfortably. For the entire month of March, $9,750.

1 bedroom 1 bathroom: Includes full kitchen, laundry, AC, and free parking. There is a 1 cal king bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 4 adults comfortably. For the month of March we are offering this unit for $7500.

And, if you are looking for something smaller we can also rent our studio suite which comes with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Rent our Studio Suite this March for $4750.

Aloha!🏝️ we love Kihei and have a place at the Maui Banyan.

Our place is perfect for families. We have a 1 or 2 bedroom option that had a full kitchen, laundry and AC. We bought the place in April this year and did a refresh in June.

The Maui Banyan has two kid friendly pools with hot tubs and 6 bbq grills at each pool with a party area.

The Kamaole Beach Park II is directly across the street from the complex and is a 4 minute walk from our unit.

We have all the beach gear you will need to include beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and even boogie boards.

There are many shops and eateries a close walk away so no need to drive.

We offer free parking on site.

We have all 5 star ratings and are in track for super host status in the coming days.

Consider staying with us during your trip.
