One of the questions we receive the most is whether or not our tours are safe for non-swimmers and children, and the answer is yes! Our guides are great with explaining how all of the equipment is used. In addition, each person is fitted with an inflatable life vest and can hold on to the rescue board handles when needed!

This is the last tour of the decade for Reef Guides Hawaii! And I just wanted to say thank you to all of you out there who have recognized what makes Reef Guides Hawaii different and so special. Our planet is in peril. Our coral is suffering. The next decade is crucial. Please consider what you can do to make a difference. Make a commitment! We need to stop thinking of the ocean as our dumping ground. No more single use plastic! Please think about that when you go shopping. Remember, we are talking about 8 million metric tons of plastic every year! The ocean, our mother, cannot survive that! The other name for my company is Malama Ke Kai which means to care for the ocean in Hawaiian. It is what those who came before me entrusted me to do. And that is what I fully intend to do. Hopefully with your help! Have a healthy, happy and abundant New Year! Mahalo nui loa
