Welcome to SunnySideUp, located in the colorful Bermuda Bay neighborhood. SunnySideUp gives you access to all the OBX amenities: less than a mile to the beach, kayak in the sound access, stroll or bike to the Wright Brothers monument, fly kites on Jockey' Ridge state park (worlds largest living sand dune), or float on the lazy river at the community pool in season. There’s a disc golf course , skate park and dog park a short walk away
After a day of riding bikes, relax at SSU with a game or two of co****le.
SSU has 3 decks and a patio, full bath in each bedroom, half bath on the main level near the fully equipped kitchen.
Enjoy the sunrise on the deck or on the beach!
