Hello folks!
It's that time of year again. The weather has been staying above freezing at the coast, but it's time to enjoy good food and company with friends and family. It's also time to reflect on the past year as well as plan for the year ahead. We hope that your family and friends remain safe and healthy. For those who have stayed with us, we thank you. It's not too early to start planning your next OBX stay. Let us know if you're thinking about a stay, regardless of time of year. If you don't see a rate on the calendar, just ask. If the weather is warm enough and we're available, we'd most likely rent. Regarding the summer, remember for most of June, we still have 2 night minimums. As we get to the 4th of July, the minimum stay is 3 nights, checking in and out on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday. Our website is current and up to date. Be sure to check in with us. To update you on what we've got planned for the condo...we've recently rebuilt the balcony for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon and evening drinks while getting a healthy dose of that salt air!
