Roane County's display in the Travel Tennessee Exhibit is ready to welcome visitors from all over the country and beyond! 🤩🎟️ The exhibit offers fairgoers a chance to "travel" through all 95 Tennessee counties, and we're thrilled to spotlight Roane County for the event's 725,000+ guests! 🎉 Last year, Governor Bill Lee and Tourist Development Commissioner Mark Ezell toured the exhibit.

We recently drove all over Roane County for our upcoming tourism campaign. We are incredibly grateful to all the locations for welcoming us with open arms for filming and photography—your hospitality made us feel like royalty!

A big thank you to Aaron Carter and Ben Briley for their performances, to all the amazing talent who participated as "actors" and "extras" in the photos and videos, and to everyone who worked behind the scenes to coordinate the production. We also want to send a shoutout to Designsensory and Popfizz for making this project possible.

BSA Troop 129 Oak Ridge is on an exciting 7-day canoe trip from Norris Lake to Camp Buck Toms in Rockwood! Yesterday evening, the scouts arrived at Fort Southwest Point-City of Kingston, where they were greeted by Roane Tourism staff and Fort Southwest Point Director/Curator, Jack Sims. Mr. Sims was excited to give the scouts a tour of the fort, sharing its rich history and significance.
