Tastefully decorated in a vintage beach decor , it boast 18 foot living room ceilings open to the dining and kitchen and perfect for entertaining. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master suite has a king bed, 2nd room has king bed with bunk nooks for kiddos that’s want to stay close to their parents, 3rd has a queen and a bunk room with 2 full and 2 twin beds and can sleep up to 16. SAILOR HOUSE is just right across the street. It is decorated in a modern-nautical theme. The home offers high vaulted ceilings and 1650sf of open floor perfect for your weekend getaways. Large windows with french doors onto the patio create a wonderful bright space. Here you can spend your most valuable escapes of the year, your vacation.....too relax and unwind. Sailor House has 3 bedrooms, the master has a king bed, 2nd with a queen beds plus bunk nooks for kiddos who wish to remain close to their parents but still have their own space, and the bunk room has 2 twin over bunks for a toll of 4 beds in the bunk room. The living room also has a queen pull out sofa bed for additional sleeping and the house can sleep a max of 14 people. Each home has fully equipped kitchens and everything you need is provided including:
dishes and flatware
pots/pans/crockpot/large electric skillet
blender/4 slice toasters/
stove/oven/microwave/refrigerator with ice maker/beverage refrigerators. dishwasher/coffe pot plus Keurig, coffee

Outdoors you will enjoy large front and back porches offer plenty of seating for relaxing. Back porch includes gas grill and seating for outdoor cooking and gathering, chiminea, fire pits with lots of seating. Plenty of parking is available for vehicles and boats at both homes.
