The lodge offers a first floor lounge and gameroom with a professional quality solid oak pool table, vintage 1970s pinball machine, karaoke machine, and a 55" flat screen Samsung smart TV. You'll also find a full wet bar stocked with all th
e glass and barware you'll need as well as adult games like Cards Against Humanity. Right outside the sliding glass doors, you'll find our brand new Caldera Spas 7-person hot tub with LED lights and waterfall with lovely views of the pond tucked away under the deck. You'll also find a grill and fire pit, as well as plenty of outdoor seating, and four wood swings. In the garage you'll find our arcade-style gameroom, equipped with black lights and a florescent rug, air hockey, arcade basketball, digital pinball, and Ms. Pac Man. SECOND FLOOR
On the second floor, you'll find the main level offers a massive 360 degree wraparound deck with beautiful views of the woods and pond. On the deck are lounge chairs, a patio dining set, and umbrellas. There is also a covered row of eight wood rocking chairs where you can watch the woods light up with fireflies or listen to the birds in the trees and the frogs around the pond. Three outdoor fans provide some mosquito protection, and there's a dinner bell to call everyone in for meals. Inside, the beautiful and spacious kitchen is well-appointed with solid wood custom built cabinetry and all the gadgets you need, including stainless steel appliances, a gas oven, pressure cooker, blender, waffle maker, snowcone maker, and so much more. You'll find plenty of cookware and dishes, and we stock the kitchen with towels, soaps, and detergents so you can just hit up the grocery store for the essentials and come on over! Plus, we have coffee and tea options for the whole family with two drip coffee makers, two french presses, a pour-over coffee maker, an electric kettle, and tons of mugs. The kitchen is open to the expansive living and dining space, which offers beautiful solid oak floors, impressive 26' ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, leather sofas, and loads of windows overlooking the pond. The dining set seats 6 and has two leaves that can add additional space. Two high chairs are available, and three counter height stools line the kitchen island. A desk with two additional chairs sits by the door. The second floor also offers laundry, a full guest bathroom, market pantry closet (in case you forgot your toothpaste!), as well as two bedrooms. BEDROOM 1: The second floor king suite offers access to the wraparound deck as well as beautiful wooded views. You'll sleep soundly in a king sized bed with luxury bedding or on the pull-out twin sized sofabed with memory foam mattress. A private en suite bathroom features marble floors, a jetted whirlpool bath tub, and standing shower. BEDROOM 2: The second floor queen bedroom offers two queen sized beds with luxury bedding and wooded views. Each bedroom also offers dressers, nightstands, alarm clocks, and lamps with USB ports for convenient charging for all your devices. THIRD FLOOR
The third floor loft game room overlooks the main floor living area and offers table seating for 6 as well as tons of puzzles and games for everyone. There is also a wall-mounted Samsung TV. BEDROOM 3: You will also find the final bedroom on the third floor. This incredible space has expansive ceilings, custom woodwork, beautiful views, a private balcony, and an en suite bathroom with another jetted whirlpool bath tub. It currently offers custom built bunk beds with two queen beds and two twin beds as well as a single daybed. The views of the woods from this room, especially the top bunks, are lovely! OUTDOORS:
The property is teaming with wildlife. We frequently see deer, turtles, frogs, little snakes, and so much more. We love to watch the birds in the trees from the porch, and some nights you can see the fireflies light up the trees. The chorus of peaceful sound never ends, with birds chirping in the morning and frogs croaking at night. Our ½-acre pond features a central floating fountain. We've added daffodils that will pop up in 2023 as well as lots of other flowers. Two kayaks and a pedal boat are provided, as well as a small selection of life jackets. Gar, blue gill, and striped bass live in the pond as well and will follow you around the edge. The views of the pond are beautiful during every season, and the fall colors are simply spectacular out here! Though there's plenty of fishing and hunting nearby, we do not allow either at the property. It is a rather wild woodsy lot, so keep your eyes out for poison ivy and bring your bug spray and sunscreen. Tent camping is allowed around the pond, and the set up would be perfect for a group of scouts, family reunion, girls' weekend, or more! Weddings and other events will be considered on a case by case basis but must be pre-approved, and all camping and event fees must be paid prior to check in.
