Sunrise Tours is a family-owned and operated company that was started by Jim and Charlene Dalrymple in the basement of their St. Louis County home in 1993 – although their first tour did not materialize until 1994. The company has grown steadily over the years and now consists of 15 fantastic employees and offices in St. We pride ourselves on delivering extremely high-quality tour experiences at a

After three August departures, our "Best of Alaska" 2024 run has come to an end. From the sightings of Denali, the puppy snuggles at Happy Trails, gold panning and glacier sailing, Alaska is a destination we will always love and cherish. 'Til next year! 🗻❄

It's pretty fun to say we have an Olympic gold medal in the Sunrise Tours family! Lori Chalupny Lawson (wife of Sunrise Operations Manager, Caleb Lawson) competed in the 2008 Beijing Olympics with the US Women's National Soccer Team. The team won the tournament and took home the Olympic gold medal! 🥇 Happy Closing Ceremony Day, and congratulations to all of this year's athletes!

The International Military Tattoo in Edinburgh, Scotland runs every year during the world’s largest performing arts festival. The event sees representatives from different countries displaying music and dance acts unique to their country. It was an experience of a lifetime!
Some guests on our “Treasure of Burgundy and Provence” cruise extended their trip with a visit to Annecy, France. The visit coincided with Bastille Day, and Annecy was abuzz with excitement and celebration!
As we cruised towards Arles at dusk, we passed Tarascon Castle. Just another evening cruising the Rhine through Provence!

Oberammergau Passion Play - the group was treated to a traditional Tyrolean dance on our last night in Reith.
