We love the Mickey waffles at Disney so we’ve brought them to Villa Narcosi!

Now you can make your very own mini Mickey and Minnie waffles in the comfort of the Villa - our favourites have been Buttermilk with chocolate chips and Ube Mochi (purple yam) with blueberries - perfect with some crispy bacon, fruit and maple syrup

With so many restaurants within 2 miles of Villa Narcosi you really are spoilt for choice - and each trip here we like to visit somewhere we haven’t been before.

This week we tried lazydogrestaurants and portilloshotdogs on the 192 and are very glad that we did!

From the warming fire pit outside at Lazy Dog to the delicious cake shakes at Portillos we would definitely recommend checking both out. Certainly places we plan to return in future trips.

If you like eating out, we’re well placed at Villa Narcosi with lots of restaurants within 15 minutes drive.

We’ve challenged ourselves to try as many as we can and on our recent trip our youngest daughter was craving wings so we headed for Island Wing Company Grill & Bar at Sunset Walk for our own version of the “Hot Wings” challenge

7 different flavours of wings, some traditional and some boneless - each one totally yummy!

Tiki Fire Traditional with blue cheese dip (the hot one!)
Mango Habanero Traditional with wasabi ranch dip

We’re back for a few days and love visiting Disney Springs for our quick Disney fix!

We were lucky enough to get a chance to see the new “Disney Dreams that soar” drone show - on twice a night until September 2nd. It is truly amazing!

Also amazing were the Bubble waffles as our showtime snack 😋

No-one wants to spend ages in traffic on holiday - especially in Orlando where there is so much to see and do!

“Our morning example - my daughter got us in the virtual queue for Tron. We were sat in the car on the drive at Windsor Hills at 8:08 and sat on the Tron ride at 8:58. Getting there, parking, the monorail to the park, through security (my husband was stopped for bag search),” loo break, dash up to the ride”

“Yes it’s 15 minutes…..:The longest it took us to get to a park was 30 minutes and that was Universal and it was Memorial Day weekend”
