Who are your hosts if you stay at Magic Moments you ask?

My husband Enrique and I would like to personally welcome you to our family’s Disney oasis! We are very excited for you to stay in our dream home near the parks and hope that you and your family have a wonderful vacation here and enjoy it as much as our family does.

We will be your hosts and are available to answer questions you have prior to or during your stay at Magic Moments, but we will leave you alone to relax once you have checked in and are all settled so you can enjoy your vacation.

Magic Moments is located in the Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, 8 miles from the Animal Kingdom theme park,12 miles from the Magic Kingdom, and centrally located for all of the fun that Orlando has to offer. We have high-speed internet for those who need to work and play, a propane BBQ on the lanai to grill for your loved ones, and our pool is heated. Enjoy!

HAVE YOU HEARD THE NEWS?!?! Disney announced yesterday that as of January 9, 2024 guests with dated tickets WILL NO LONGER NEED TO MAKE PARK PASS RESERVATIONS! Why so many caps you ask? One of my family's favorite things to do in the past was to visit Paris in Epcot for pastries and coffee, take the Skyliner over to Hollywood Studios for some Star Wars action, and then return to Epcot for dinner at one of their amazing restaurants. I am so happy that we will be able to do this again. Is anyone else thrilled with this change?

Advance notice to friends and previous guests - I just opened up dates for the Christmas holiday weeks. These tend to book fast, so if you are interested in having a magical Christmas in Disneyworld with your large group of family or friends, I would advise you to visit our website soon!

Melanie was an awesome host. Communication was superb. The checkin was simple and efficient.
This property was exactly as pictured. It was clean with nice furnishings. The beds were extremely comfortable. I can't say enough good about this property and the host. The heated pool and spa were nice after long days at Disney. The game room was a hit with everyone and the upstairs loft was an awesome place to relax. Would definitely book this property again.

Right now we are in the midst of redecorating the home to offer some of the magic of Disney without feeling overwhelmed by it. In addition to new furniture in most rooms, a complete paint job, window treatments, and new lighting, we are adding a Frozen-themed queen bedroom with a ceiling fireworks display, a Harry Potter king bedroom with a custom ceiling mural, and, my personal favorite, a Peter Pan bedroom with twin over full bunks. When finished the home will sleep 18 people comfortably, although you can probably fit in a few more. Check out the design slides! This was my first time working with a decorator and she made the process an absolute breeze!

We bought the house sight-unseen using an agent who specializes in working with people who want to buy short-term rental properties. Big thanks to the Short Term Shop!

These photos were all that we had to make our decision. And boy was it a hot market! Properties were moving quickly. When I finally arrived in mid-March to see it in person, it definitely showed a lot of wear and tear. I came back in April with my awesome friend, Christine Meredith, who helped me clean and spruce up the house until we were able to do some deep re-decorating. She is so awesome at making homes look fabulous and even staged our first home for us when we sold it.

One of the best things about our new property is its location. It is located in the family resort, which has fantastic vacation facilities. Our home is only a four-minute walk away from the fully-equipped fitness center and community clubhouse. Your family can make a splash in the zero-entry pool with a kids waterpark, a lazy river, a free arcade, volleyball courts, basketball and a pool-side snack bar. It is like being at a luxury resort with all of the comforts of your own home. Check out the photos of the amenities!

In March, Enrique and I decided to start on this adventure and bought our first vacation property - a 9 bedroom 6 bath villa in a resort community in Kissimmee, Florida. Only 8 miles from Disneyworld! Why 9 bedrooms you ask? Well, we are hoping to have a place for our extended family to gather, but we are also hoping to rent it out to other friends and loved ones who might like a place where there is space for everyone.

At 4398 square feet, the house offers a nearly perfect family vacation layout. It is in a short-term rental community, so it was actually designed for just that. Take a look at the floorplan and see what you think!
