You’ll want to be resting and recharging your batteries for more theme park rides and thrills tomorrow, so it’s handy to have comfortable and cozy bedrooms to relax in when the need for sleep takes over. All 8 bedrooms are decorated in neutral stylish tones with either a king or queen bed. They’re carpeted too, so you feel softness beneath your feet as you jump into the warm inviting expanse of your large bed. A great night’s sleep is assured, but if you want to watch a little TV before hunkering down for the night, there’ll be an HDTV in your room as well as all the rooms outside the house there are in total eleven Smart HDTV’s here, so just grab the remote and watch away! All the bedrooms need to have lots of which six ensuite bathrooms, so you can freshen up or wind down without waiting! You’ll be forgiven for thinking you’ve stepped into a boutique hotel, such is the style and quality of the presentation of each bathroom. There’ll even be soft, fresh towels there for you to use. So be sure to freshen up ahead of another day’s adventuring in Florida and maybe when the day’s done, return to relax in a tub or under the shower, ready for whatever the evening has in store. A credit card hold is required 2 days prior to check-in as a security deposit hold. The hold will be released within 10 days of check-out pending any charges incurred for damages, missing items, etc. An information request after booking will be sent and before arrival in the form of a swipe of a credit card for the hold will be requested just like in a hotel we don't charge an amount in the booking as a damage deposit. A couple of key points:

1. We own and manage the home personally. We will not bait and switch you into another home because we can't!
2. The home WILL sleep 16 people, all in REAL beds-sized beds. There is a pack-and-play crib and high chair if needed.
3. All discounts are already included based on the time of year, and all 'fees' are just passed on from my cleaning company, and therefore not discountable. You are renting, luxury high-end house, 5 miles from Disney, that’s fits 16 comfortably, is well cleaned with top-line linens.

The house situated is in Formosa Gardens Estates community in Kissimmee, Florida which is one of the closest estates to Disney World ever zoned for short-term rentals. If you have any golfers in your group, they’re in luck! The Celebration Golf Club and the Mystic Dunes Golf Club are just a few of the dozens of courses under 20 minutes from your home base. The quote is based on the number of guests declared on booking. An increased number of guests will incur extra costs. This is a Self Catering Home.
