Can’t wait to get back to our Acadia Estates home for more relaxing by the pool, a little bit of theme park adventures and of course evening chilling in the theater room!! The “feels like” temp this AM at home in WI was -2! I much prefer ☀️🌴☀️🌴

Happy New Year! Thank you all again for a great year of spreading the word about our vacation home, coming to stay, sharing your photos with me, etc, etc!!

DECEMBER availability!!! 🎄Escape the❄️and come visit! In 3 short weeks we have a 3 week gap between bookings and then it gets a little tighter with a couple 6-10 night gaps available in January! Winter is a popular time to visit but I always loved that time right after Easter (April 20th this year) but before the schools start to let out for summer so if December or January doesn't work take a look at late spring!

Woo Hoo 🙌, I received an update from my fantastic management company that the house is all good. I knew we never lost power which was great because the whole team is without power at their own homes. A few pool screens to replace and a just a little water got through the dining room windows (that is the northeast corner of the house so likely that back end of the hurricane was the culprit there)! That is all the clean up/replacing Acadia will need to be ready for our next guests! Thanks to all who were thinking about us and our team there in FL. As always a special thanks to my friend and realtor Kim Beers that lives close by in Celebration and keeps me informed as well!!

Recently traveled to check in on Acadia Estates Villa and the timing was perfect because we replaced the older washer and dryer with double stacked units! Trying to help our cleaners out a bit on changeover days. Yes they are BIG but don't worry I have a couple step stools there to use. I'm quite short and can just reach the dryer buttons without the stool!

Thanks to my management company also for helping hang the sliding door.

If you happen to be visiting and like hibachi check out Kobe. It's super close to the house and my MIL and I had a great time on our recent visit.

Yay It's here...Our 1 Year Anniversary for Acadia Estates Villa. Thanks again to all who have visited. It is HOT in FL in August 🫠 but still a GREAT time to visit before kids go back to school or for a slightly slower time of year at the busy theme parks! We currently have availability for LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS (arrival within 14 days or less) for even better DEALS so if you like to be a spur of the moment traveler check us out!

We just spent a week at Acadia Estates Villa and joined family at the theme parks. It was great to enjoy the pool after a VERY HOT day at Disney! Come visit, we are located in the perfect spot to get to Disney quickly yet have tons of space for up to 12!! Lots of summer dates still available.
