With "Hurricane Milton" now in our path, it is critical that you have a smart and effective plan in place to keep your home and loved ones safe.
Legacy Dunes Preparations:
Today, we will begin securing all pool furniture and any items that could become projectiles. The back pool, front pool, and all other amenities will close today, Monday, October 7th.
We will also be removing trash bins and cans from breezeways where they are directly exposed to the wind, such as in Buildings 1, 5, 10, 11, 15, 18, and 20. Trash pick-up will still take place on Tuesday. Please bag your trash and place it outside your unit door for collection.
Vehicular gates will remain open starting Tuesday until conditions allow us to safely return to the office.
