Both Royal Villas - Palm Harbor and La Isla feature new kitchens, bathrooms (5.5), flat screen TV's, interior and exterior paint, lanai furniture, and all linens. Relax like royalty in our sprawling villas that include FOUR KING MASTER bedrooms all with ENSUITE BATHROOMS and flat screen TVs. Bedrooms are all high-quality furniture, bedding, fresh sheets, and towels! Youâll feel like you are at a luxurious resort. The first floor in both homes feature a King Master with private attached bathroom along with another bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs features THREE King suites, all with private bathrooms. This Royal Villa also offers exclusively designed kidsâ themed bedrooms! Themed rooms include dress-up clothes and toys for childrenâs imagination and play! (Sizes toddlers to 12 yrs) A Queen air mattress, (2) pack n plays, (2) strollers, and highchair are also available for your convenience.
The villasâ beautiful lanais include pool chairs, BBQ, tiki bar, flat screen television, and dining table for outside enjoyment. These lanais are among the largest in all of Emerald Island! The Emerald Island Resort features a public swimming pool, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, nature running trails, business center, sports rental equipment, game room, and Tiki bar with happy hour and entertainment - all walking distance from our Royal Villas!
The Royal Villas are just 3 miles from Disneyâs Maingate and 4.8 from the Animal Kingdom. The fun doesnât stop at the parks -- our gorgeous homes have the BEST layout and offer a spacious living room and kitchen to spend time together, while also cherishing your own space in their private king suite. Your living room provides a beautiful flat screen TV and, of course, free WIFI throughout the home. The homes are equipped with a Bluetooth speakers available for use around the pool or inside! Our game rooms provide hours of entertainment with a Play Station 4, foosball, pool table, and a pinball game!
The Royal Villas are located near hundreds of souvenir shops, grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf, bars, Urgent Care, UPS shipping store, and pharmacies! Disneyâs MainGate is 3 miles away, Animal Kingdom 4.8 and Universal Studios, CityWalk, and Sea World all under 30 minutes away.
