ParkHopper Properties These are short-term vacation rentals of three bedroom condos. They are located in the Windsor Hill Now we continue this tradition with our grandchildren.

We have always loved bringing our six children to this area when they were young. We live in Birmingham, Alabama, and we love to go to Windsor Hills as often as we possibly can to enjoy the resort, the theme parks, and the fantastic central Florida weather during the winter months. We have stayed at Windsor Hills Resort many times over the years as well as at many other locations in the Orlando-Ki

ssimmee area. When we decided to buy a property, we only considered Windsor Hills. It offers the best location, immaculately maintained landscaping, and many resort amenities. We wanted to have a home away from home that our family and friends could all to enjoy. After staying at many places near to Disney, we found that this was the closest one to the main gate. We can actually be at some of the Disney attractions faster than staying at Disney and using their transportation. The resort provided all that we could ask for in a vacation home. It was exciting for us to know that we could share this vacation home with our grandchildren. They love the zero entry pool with the water slide. Some days, they prefer to spend time in the pool rather than going to the theme parks.

ParkHopper Properties has been downsized. It has been a blessing to us over the last 12 years, but we have found ourselves busier that we ever wished to be. We have now sold five of our seven properties. ParkHopper Properties continues on, but only as two properties. These are ParkHopper Grandview and ParkHopper Fireworks. Each of these are penthouse, three-bedroom, two bath condominiums. ParkHopper Grandview is a corner unit that is directly over the swimming pool. ParkHopper Fireworks is on the other corner of the building and has a view of the fireworks from the Disney parks.

ParkHopper Pad got a “face lift.” We added new decor in the family room and in the master bedroom. A new 55” smart TV is in the family room and the 42” was moved to the master bedroom. The washer and dryer were also replaced. We will next add some new lighting.

Prayers answered.... Our four evacuee families and one guest family that weathered Irma at Parkhopper Properties made it safely through the storm. We were blessed to have no storm damage, and even did not lose power!
