We do love fabulous reviews from our guests! These guests in particular made the difficult decision to continue their vacation plans despite Hurricane Ian. Thankfully, our guests were safe and our home suffered virtually no damage with the exception of a few screens blown out and the little fence around the garbage cans. We are grateful for these wonderful guests who kept me informed throughout the storm and even brought in our patio furniture to avoid any additional damage due to the winds. I think we have the best guests on earth!

End of year trips seize the moment during a tough time

New York friends.. with Cuomo's new travel rule, you might be able to sneak away to this place with very little quarantine time! The current rule (based upon my understanding) is that you need to produce a negative test prior to your return to NY, quarantine for 3 days here and take a Covid test on day 4. If that test is negative you are all set with no further quarantine requirements. What I would do is this.. use the Walgreens rapid testing... the test is not as invasive as the PCR test where they stick a Q-tip into your brain. (I can personally attest to this)... and results are same day... almost makes me want to book a flight!

Just a quick note to all of our Facebook friends and family during this difficult time. Things are looking up here in Central Florida. Disney Springs has opened with limited capacity and required precautions such as masks and temperature-taking upon entry. Restaurants are operating about about 50% capacity with mandatory social distancing in place. We are waiting to hear when the Disney Parks will officially re-open and we are hopeful. We know that the Disney experience is going to be different moving forward and we know that operating our vacation home is going to be different as well. Extra cleaning procedures are being implemented to ensure the safety of our guests.
With that being said, we are offering a reduced rate for June and July bookings at this time. We are offering 30% off of our normal rate of $2,600/week plus sales tax. Please know that these rates are being offered knowing that we cannot currently guarantee that the Disney Parks will be open during this time frame. We have received confirmation that Universal Studios will be opening on June 5th, and again we are hopeful.
