Thankfully Hurricane Milton has passed by with no real damage to the villa or surrounding area.

We were so so lucky to have the amazing Whale family staying as guests - not only were they also unscathed but they helped enormously by storing all the pool furniture indoors - i cant express how much I appreciated them doing so.

Hopefully the sun will start shining again on everyone in Florida

Earlier this month we had the pleasure of Shaun, Aimee and their lovely family staying at the villa. It was their first time in Florida and it seems like they had a ball. Can’t wait to welcome them back in 2025

“From Aimee - We have just come home from the most amazing holiday, the villa is just so beautiful and we felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The pool area is just stunning and watching the sun come up over the beautiful lake was breath-taking. I have to mention how comfortable the beds were!!
We had to move our holiday because of covid and Robert and Gail were so kind and helpful to move dates. They also helped advise us on car hire and so many parts of our holiday!

Whilst there we have already started to look at our next trip!

A private pool is one thing but having the lake view was an absolute dream.
Robert was fantastic from start to finish, allowed us flexibility on date changes, checked on us the first few days and always there to answer questions.

Even through COVID we have managed to have some lovely guests stay at the villa, mostly American. This is what Michelle and her lovely family from NY thought:

"My family and I loved this home. Beautiful home with lots of space. John the property manager was great and so helpful.

Brand new larger kitchen was amazing with white cabinets and granite counter tops (not in the current photos; also not in current photos - new dining room chairs and bedding in some bedrooms was very nice too). The master bedroom has its own bathroom with tub and walk in shower off the pool area situated at the back of the house.
Two other bedrooms share a full bath at the front of the house, which was perfect for my kids and the fourth bedroom was on the other side of the house with its own full bathroom too, which was perfect for grandma!

We so enjoyed the recreation room and relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub and eating outside.

The neighborhood is quiet but for the wildlife! We loved the ugly ducks (not so ugly), sandhill cranes and egrets as we relaxed by the pool. Plenty of stores and place to eat nearby on John Young Parkway and Vine Street (approximately 15 minute drive). 7-11 and gas station right outside the community complex and a Dollar General very close by - good for grabbing snacks, sunblock etc. and of course there is always the 24 hour Walmart with a giant grocery section and pool noodles!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time here and would definitely return. Also highly recommend The Spirit of the Swamp airboat tour about 30 minute drive - well worth it - beautiful views, flowers, birds and yes alligators!

We had a wonderful, fun and relaxing stay. Will definitely return."

Gail & I done some modifications & upgrades to the villa when we were there in Feb. Nice to see all the hard work was appreciated by a recent guest

"This is the 8th time we have stayed at this villa and each time improvements have been made. On this occasion all the tv's had been upgraded to smart tv's, new bedroom furniture in the master bedroom along with refurbishment in the attached bathroom including new sinks with granite tops and new cupboards, The whole house has been repainted inside, all the dining room furniture replaced along with some other changes. Just waiting to see what will happen next. Communication with the owner is first rate as is the attentiveness of the local management company. If you are looking for a comfortable villa in an excellent south facing location, that is quite, overlooking a lake and also close to all amenities, look no further. Highly recommend"

"We had a wonderful time at this villa. This was our 6th vacation in the Orlando area and we've stayed off Disney property every time. This has been one of our favorite villas so far.

It was very spacious and very well kept. They obviously have an outstanding cleaning crew because the house was immaculate. My wife especially loved that part.
We had 6 day passes to Disney World over a 12 day stay. So we did every other day at the parks and every other day at the villa to relax and spend time in the pool.
We only had one issue during our stay which was that the pool skimmer had a hole in it and therefore we couldn't skim the bugs off the surface. We contacted the owner in the late afternoon and there was a brand new skimmer outside the front door by the next morning. We were blown away! That's outstanding customer service.

I highly recommend this villa if you want to visit Disney World or other Orlando attractions. The price is right and you'll live a lot more comfortably as a family compared to staying on Disney property (single hotel room).

We had the pleasure of Stephen & his family staying in the villa last month and the seemed to have enjoyed themselves so much they are coming back in 2020 :). This was Stephens thoughts:

Fantastic Villa in Kissimmee

My wife, 2 boys (aged 10 & 7) & I enjoyed a fabulous 2 week stay at the villa during Feb 2018.

There is plenty of room in the villa (we only had to use 2 of the 4 bedrooms) & the living area (inc. the kitchen) was particularly spacious. Lots of channels available on the TV in the living room to keep us entertained in the evening!

The pool area was great! Very picturesque looking onto the lake. We had a lot of fun swimming in the heated pool & relaxing in the whirlpool bath. There were also a good number of sun beds to lounge on. Pool was serviced/cleaned each week.

The games room is a great feature of the house. There you'll find table tennis, air hockey & a pool table. Good fun if you want a break from the sunshine.

Bedrooms were well maintained & clean.

Robert (the villa owner) was contactable re any questions and answered them promptly. A toilet block 'incident' was fixed by the management company within 30 minutes of it being reported. Excellent!

Most theme parks could be driven to within 30 to 40 mins. There is a giant Walmart store within a 15 minute drive of the villa for getting food etc. However, you'll pass a huge number of food places on your drive back from the theme parks to sit-in or takeaway. Also, there were many places that provide takeaway delivery.

I would highly recommend this villa to all. Indeed, we liked it that much we're already booked to go back in 2020!

Great Property in Wonderful Location

We have stayed at this villa before and have made several more bookings for future dates. The location is superb in a quite sub division with south facing lake views and is close to all that Orlando has to offer. The villa itself is very well equipped and is kept spotlessly clean by a great local management company. Communication with the owner, Robert, is excellent and any queries you may have are dealt with promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend the property as we feel it is one of the best we have rented

Some lovely lovey comments from our last guests ......

"My family and I had a blast. The pool area was amazing. The water was warm and the hot tub got nice and hot. The house was very clean and inviting. With a 4 yr old the pool alarm on the sliders gave us peace of mind that he couldn't get out without us knowing. The game room was a lot of fun as well. We only took 1 day to go to Disney so we spent most of our time at the home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat"
