Pool is completed and filling! I’m so excited to see it almost completed. The pool color will change over the next few days to a beautiful blue. 😍 and Mickey is welcoming and adorable. I love how the blue tile we picked sparkles in the ☀️

Before and After (so far). We are updating Paradise Falls this summer. Along with the new appliances we are installing new Quartz countertops this week. Along with new sink. New faucet. New backsplash. New paint and hopefully new floor and painted cabinets. A whole refresh!

Our Latest 5 Star Review: The place was conveniently located near all Disney locations. Water Park on site. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Equipped with many kids accessories (plastic plates/silverware, strollers, life jackets, pool toys, game room etc) The host was absolutely amazing and quick responses.

Another 5 Star Review for Paradise Falls: We enjoyed our stay at Allison’s place! As a group of 4 adults and one child, we had plenty of room, the place was clean and well stocked, and we enjoyed the community pool and splash pad. We did not end up using the small attached pool but the water felt warm when we put our toes in! We really appreciated the baby proof touches like the gate at the top of the stairs and child-friendly utensils and plates. The drives to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom were easy too.

Our latest 5 Star Review: My family and I had a great time. The townhome was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. It's really close to Disney and short drive to Universal Studios. The townhome is also located near many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. It felt very secure and safe because it's in a gated community. The host was also very accommodating and responded quickly to messages on the VRBO app. Thank you for sharing your place with our family. Next time we are in Florida, we are going to try and book this townhome again.

The property was everything you could want for travel with kids. They had strollers, pack and play, guard rails for beds and safety fences for pool as well as gates for stairs and to separate the kitchen as well as a high chair. The water slides and pools are added bonuses. Very close to Disney parks. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Another 5 Star Review! This property was great. It was 15-20 min from all Disney parks. The property was very clean and great for a family. The dip pool was perfect after a long day at the park. Owner was very responsive and helpful as we had a last minute change needed due to illness. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Orlando again.

Another 5 Star Review for Paradise Falls:

My family loves coming to Disney and we have chosen the Windsor Hills housing community for a number of years now. The location and amenities are unbeatable. This was our first time staying in this particular unit, but absolutely would stay again. We usually travel with extended family, but we decided to make it just the four of us for this trip. We opted to get a "smaller" 3BR townhouse instead of a standalone home. This had more than enough space for our needs. In fact, because the kids chose to stay in the same room, we never even used the third bedroom that was located on the main floor. The pool was ample for smaller children and the house was stocked as it said it would be in the description with one exception. The location is not only ideal for getting to any of the Disney properties in 10-15 minutes, but within 5-10 minutes of any stores you may need to visit during your trip. We frequent the target about 10 minutes away, but for the Walmart crowd, that is right up the street from the front gate. It is hard to go wrong with any of the units located in Windsor Hills, this unit was no exception.

A Glowing 5 Star Review! I can't believe how amazing this property was. Let's start with an extremely attentive host who responded quickly every time but also with labeled light switches, detailed instructions on how to work the tv. Plus smart tvs were amazing for us. We stayed 2 weeks and my kids were so comfortable and asked if we could buy the place haha! The beds, particularly the master were cloud like and I slept like a baby. The heated pool right outside our door was just perfect for us. Oh and the house literally had everything you could think of at the tips of your fingers. My kids aren't used to twins... looked in the closet and ta da bed rails! And a 3rd fold up mattress to put on the floor in case they fell out. 10/10 would stay here again

A Wonderful 5 Star Review for Paradise Falls: The word that best describes this house is security, it has everything you need, for those of us who travel with small children especially. The house is extra clean, comfortable beds, close to all the parks. Excellent communication. We hope to return very soon. Thanks for everything, we felt like home.

It is so nice when a guest takes a moment out of their busy day to provide great details on their stay!

We had a great week-long stay at this townhouse. We'd stayed in Windsor Hills before and loved the safe feel of the gated community, community pool is amazing, ease of getting to/from parks is awesome (maybe 15-20 min or less drive to any of the parking areas for disney parks, prob a 20-25 min drive home in the evening simply because of the traffic on the main road). The unit itself was great to come back to every day. Felt very clean upon entering, rooms decorated super cute, kitchen well stocked for cooking, plenty of linens including pool towels, comfy beds. Super great for kids (and one of the main reasons we chose this townhouse) - strollers available to use, bed rails, pack n play, high chair, mounted gate at top of stairs, kids plates and "silverware", even a baby monitor (which we didn't find til our last night cuz we'd brought our own anyways - still a nice perk if we hadn't had one). Pool was great - kind of small but perfect size for toddlers to play in and adults to float around in. Originally picked unit because I thought it was south facing for sunshine but then found out it wasn't - didn't matter because being on the corner unit meant there was decent sunshine at almost all times of the day. Pool alarm on the door was reassuring with two kids under 5 as well. The "little things" added to it - hair dryer, toothbrush holder by sink, starter items like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, etc. (you will need to buy more but if you're coming in late, it's nice to know those things are there until you can get more!). If I haven't gushed enough... I think the most important part of it all was that the homeowner was responsive - and within a short time frame too. I had to contact for a couple things during our stay (questions, guest visitors, etc.) and homeowner got back to me right away. Would definitely try to stay here again for our next visit!

Our latest 5 Star Review: Great place to stay! Perfect for families with young kids, they have thought of everything including bed rails and night lights. Super cute decor. It was also nice to have the pool heat included, it was nice and warm, my kids were in it every second they could be. Only 12 mins drive to the Disney parks. Private heated pool, resort has lots of accommodations. We would definitely be staying here again!

Another 5 Star Review! This was a great place to stay! Clean, super convenient to all of the attractions and loved the pool in back. We are a family of five and it was so great to have so much space to spread out in and having laundry available in the townhome. Also awesome to have lots of tv options to unwind a bit in the evening before bed. The themed rooms are really cute and the three bathrooms were so nice for our big family!!!
