3 bedroom villa : under 5 miles to Disney Our super home is on one level and has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning. There are patio doors out to the pool.

We are in a relaxing setting, backing onto conservation area with a private screened pool, ideal for spending time soaking up the Floridian sun. Foliage surrounds the right side of the pool area giving a large amount of privacy. Yet a short and easy drive to Walt Disney World. Our home interior is on an ample open-plan basis providing home-from-home comforts. There is a fully equipped kitchen, (cr

ockery, cutlery and cookware included) with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, blender, microwave, oven & garbage disposal, a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, a lounge and two dining areas plus a breakfast bar. The spacious and comfortable family area has a 65 INCH TV with DVD player. This offers a complimentary Roku service There is also a ceiling fan in this open plan room area.. There is a selection of CD's , DVD's and books provided. The roomy master bedroom with a ceiling fan has a king sized bed and TV with complimentary Roku service, DVD and has an en-suite with bath, dual sinks and walk-in shower plus a large closet for your clothes. There is a separate toilet. Plus also access to the pool from the master bedroom. On the opposite side of the house to the master bedroom is a queen sized bedroom and 1 bedroom with twin beds. Plus there is a guest bathroom, which has an over the bath shower and toilet. All of the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes. Linen, towels, hairdryers etc are provided. Complimentary Wifi also available. (Please note this is not covered under the management contract)

Access to the pool is through sliding patio doors. Both doors are alarmed (manual switch) to assist in your children's safety. We do ask that you do not leave your child unattended by the pool. The pool area is very pleasant with views to conservation. There is pool furniture and a table on the deck to allow you to make the most of the weather. Pool heat is by electric heater and is available for a supplement. You can prepay this or if you are undecided arrange to pay locally to our House Manager. Check in time is 4.00pm and check out 11.00am. We are happy to confirm early check in or late check out for an additional fee. (Subject to availability)

Lindfields is easily accessed from route 192, is less than 10 minutes drive to Disney and other theme parks, with many shops, golf courses and restaurants within a 2 mile radius. Super Target, Aldi and Walmart are within a 10 minute drive. Margaritaville is under 3 miles. Private driveway parking as a car is recommended. Uber is available in the locality. We hope that you find our home maintained to a high standard. It is well furnished and is well looked after by our local husband and wife team. We have many returning guests so it is recommended to book early for your preferred dates. Allow approximately 1 hour if you are travelling from Orlando International and 1.5 hours if you're travelling from Tampa International. (traffic permitting) The perfect location for a family holiday.

Superb villa in everyway ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The villa is perfect in every way. Beautiful, comfortable, super clean, spacious and exceptionally well equipped. This includes the pool and pool area. Situated in a respectable and quiet residential area Fantastic location for Disney and all main attractions in Orlando.
The host is very helpful and her communication from first enquiry onwards is prompt, clear and efficient.
Excellent value for money. I looked at a lot of villas and still can't believe our luck to find such a well appointed villa in a great location for such a reasonable cost.
Highly recommend.

A fabulous 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Martine and Mike-

We just wanted to send over a message to thank you for letting us stay in your home for the last 3 weeks. It really was the perfect location for us, handy to get to parks, nearby restaurants, supermarkets all on hand. Exactly as you described the location -it was. Also having a ponderosa close by made my husband very happy!

Your home has such amazing facilities, from the vast kitchen appliances, to towels, pool inflatables, endless merch cups, and handy ponchos!! (We all know how expensive these can be!)

As I said before, we could not believe how big your home is and was such a pleasant surprise to find the space large so we wernt all on top of each other. As we celebrated our sons 4th birthday whilst being here and also my husband and my 12th year anniversary and there were things in your home that helped with wrapping presents, lighting candles etc! Again- amazing facilities.

I also made use of your book collection (again huge!) and managed 2 books whilst away- this is something I never manage to do at home but always love how a book can totally relax me and once the children were in their beds enjoyed my evening read whilst the hubby enjoyed your Tv.

I hope you find we left your home clean and tidy, as we found it.
We would love to stay at your home again if we ever find ourselves privileged to come again!!

May I just say what a fantastic time we had at your home. It was easily the best villa we have ever stayed in. The pool was lovely . The only complaint we have us that we couldn't stay longer,I can't praise it enough easily a five star stay.
