Kitchen Area is fully equipped and includes American style fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal unit, radio/cd player plus a breakfast area including table and 4 chairs. Over looking the pool area complete with king size bed, walk-in closet, 60+ channel 32" colour T.V, DVD recorder, ceiling fan, en suite toilet and bathroom, hairdryer supplied. Bedroom 2

Bath, shower, extractor fan, wc, vanity unit and a second hairdryer. Laundry Area Located just inside garage, comprises American style washing machine and separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Pool Area
Access via patio doors from kitchen to sundeck area, complete with 4 sun loungers, tables and 4 chairs with easy access steps to the shallow end, underwater lighting, with optional pool heat available on request. The entire garden area beyond the screened pool enclosure has a 6- foot high fence for total privacy and security. The villa is ideal for families and provides the perfect base from which to explore Florida’s numerous attractions. A cleaning service is provided before and after every let. We regret, no pets allowed and smoking is permitted around the pool area only. orlando villa disney

Storm Ivan update
Good news, we escaped any serious damage with just a couple of usual hurricane mishaps.
1 screen panel replaced and the pool given a deep clean.

After many years the Disney room and Queen bedroom have been swapped allowing young children to be closer to their paren...
