2 UPDATE Videoa Posted....Legacy Properties is focused on providing great holiday stays in places like Lake Anna, Corolla Beach, NC. and Kill Devil Hills…. But our next project is a makeover story in Nokesville, Virginia.

It doesn’t look very pretty right now but… you just wait!

Unlike other Legacy properties, we only plan to have this house for a short time. This home will undergo a renovation and be on the market this spring with our preferred Northern Virginia realtor Shawn R. Clifton.

Update about our OMG! project with Airbnb - we received the first 1/3 of the prize money and are working to finalizing designs. It’s gone from a crazy idea to a sketch and now we have some actual renderings! We would love to know what you think about our plans!

Also, we Initially we announced plans to open the property in MO but have decided instead to keep the project a bit closer to home. We are currently under contract on a piece of property in NC (city to be announced after closing and all approvals are obtained)

We’ve also secured a 71 ft long “Shorts 3-60” 40 passenger airplane from a boneyard near Kansas City. it’s in rough shape now but soon it will be stunning!

Airbnb announced today that our owner, Jennifer Clifton, was chosen as a winner of the design contest. Over the next 10 months we'll be building, “Crash Landed” Retro Luxury Airliner Fuselage and Cockpit. We will be converting this plane into a one-of-a-kind stay in near the Mark Twain National Forest in Central, MO.

It's going to be a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2640 sf waterfront home avaliable for weekly rental starting in the spring of 2023.
