Happy Thanksgiving!🍁 I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for someone who has shaped so much of who I am—my dad, Sam Walker, of Sam Walker OBX.

My father is not only the other half of who I am but also a cornerstone of our beautiful community. He is my guiding force, instilling in me a deep appreciation for North Carolina and the incredible history of the Outer Banks. His unwavering love and dedication to this region has shaped much understanding of the land we call home. His unmatched passion for preserving and sharing the beauty of the Outer Banks connects us to our roots and reminds us why we are so fortunate to live in such a special place.

Through his work on Sam Walker OBX, he brings to life the richness of our community and inspires us to appreciate and protect it. Dad, I’m so thankful for your voice, your passion, and your love for this beautiful town we share. You’ve shown me the power of gratitude and the importance of giving back to the place that gives so much to us.

This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for family, for community, and for the opportunity to cherish and celebrate the land and history we hold dear.

Hello! My name is Caroline Walker and I am the proud owner of Coastal Cleaning 252! Four years ago, I began my journey of Vacation Rental Housekeeping, specifically Private Vacation Homes, Airbnb, and VRBO. I have spent the last four years building a tight knit community of homeowners and clientele, ranging from Corolla to Nags Head.

Whatever needs you may have, we at Coastal Cleaning 252 are here to help. We specialize in weekly turn overs, monthly private vacation home cleans, and deep cleans! Unfortunately, we are not open to residential cleans at this time.

I am so excited to 'finally' share this venture with the public and I hope Coastal Cleaning 252 will be the solution new and experienced Homeowners on the Outer Banks are looking for!
