Nestled in the heart of the Outer Banks, Serendipity is a historic cottage that offers stunning ocean views and a unique blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. With its cozy atmosphere and rich history, our cottage is the perfect retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It fronts Beach Road, which basically means this is ocean front as there are no homes

to block your view. Simply cross Beach Road to one of the open access points over the sand dunes, and you'll be at the ocean! This cottage comes stocked with lots of books, board games, and puzzles. It also had more modern amenities such as 2 flatscreen cable TVs, DVD player (along with a nice collection of DVDs) and Internet/WIFI. If you want an old-fashioned beach house experience, getting back to basics, possibly take a little bit of a step back in time (we even have a cassette player with cassettes!) with absolutely incredible ocean views....then this is your place! Also, Serendipity recently received the prestigous "Guests Favorite" award on Airbnb, meaning that Serendipity is one of the most loved homes by Airbnb guests!
