To celebrate this National cookie day, we are thinking back to the Humphrey the Bear Gingerbread House at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. The Gingerbread House is constructed with 144 lbs of honey, 100 lbs of flour, 40 eggs, 20 lbs of egg whites, 48 lbs of powdered sugar, 150 lbs of sugar, 30 lbs of almond paste, 20 lbs of molding chocolate, and 50 lbs of fondant.

If you’re not familiar with Humphrey the Bear, he was created in 1950 by Walt Disney Animation Studios and made his first theatrical appearance in Goofy’s short cartoon “Hold the Pose”.
