First cruising day to Hubbard Bay for viewing. You can sign up for a small boat tour to get close up to Glacier but it fills up quickly. If interested always get on waitlist. Internet is ok but posting pics is limited. Here’s a couple from first day and Glacier.

Hey all as you may know Mom and I are beginning an amazing trip in Alaska. We are doing Holland America Land and Cruise Tour that starts in Fairbanks. I am so blessed and excited to experience this with my Mom. It’s also if you can call it that a bit of a work trip. As a Travel Advisor being able to experience and research a trip that many others are interested in is valuable in making me a better Advisor. Usually I post a little while traveling and plan on doing more when I get home but after unpacking, getting over jet lag etc my memory fades. This trip I’m gong to try and do a mini journal daily depending on internet service. It won’t be perfectly written or have beautifully edited photos because I also want to be in the moment as much as possible. I just want to share this experience with our family and friends and those interested in Alaska while it’s fresh. Today starts the beginning of the land tour and we start with a riverboat cruise down the Chena River. Stay tuned.
