I thought this might be coming after the airline steward announced on the overhead to pick any seat, we are still open steating "for now" while on our flight earlier this month!
But they'll be charging more for seats with extra leg room. Also adding red eye flights 😴
And currently looks like they're keeping their 2 free checked bags too🤞🏻

Southwest Airlines is shifting to assigned seats for the first time in its history, a change that will allow the low-fare carrier to charge a premium for some of the seats on its planes.

Time for a travel tip Thursday? 🥳📝

Wet bags can be super useful for beach trips, pool time, or even somewhere to put clothes after little accidents.

You can absolutely buy some cute reusable ones, but my favorite thing to do is keep a stash of these sealable bags from items that I've had shipped to me! They usually have a couple holes to keep wet clothes from getting really nasty and you can reuse them or toss it afterwards. It's also convenient that they're usually clear so I can see what's inside (or remember something is inside and needs to make it to the washer!).
