Thankful for these two representing Russell Coach at an insurance meeting in Park City, UT! Rob and Wendy were unable to attend and these two stepped right in! Thankful for an awesome Executive Assistant (DeeDee) and our Social Media Administrative Assistant (Morgan). Sure they had to sit in meetings but they got to do some sight-seeing and even ride in a bob sled at Olympic Park! Their team came down the mountain in 56.25 seconds and it was a one mile track! They won first place among all the attendees that participated! Thankful for these two representing Russell Coach!

29 years ago today (March 24, 1995) Rob began Russell Coach. I wish I could find a picture of his first bus to share but I cannot find one. Rob referenced it as #259! I am sharing a picture of the last Eagle ever manufactured and the day Rob and his dad picked it up in Brownsville TX. Also sharing a collage of some of my favorites! Thankful for Rob's dedication to the company and to the industry as a whole. Thankful for each and every person that has played a role through the years. Happy 29th Anniversary Russell Coach!!

So many businesses and industries have been impacted by the coronavirus and our business / industry is no different. Our entire industry basically shut down in March of 2020. I remember on March 14, 2020 within 30 minutes, we had 6 drivers call to say their tour had been cancelled and they were on their way home. It was a domino effect from there on. We had no idea how 2020 would play out and never dreamed venues would stay closed as long as they have and concerts would be canceled for so long. We maneuvered through the year with very little work but we are so thankful for the families that took vacations with us, a television show trusting us to safely move their filming talent and crew for a few months from city to city, corporate travel for a few companies, golf trips, etc. During a regular tour season we usually do not have the opportunity to do family vacations but in 2020 we did and we met some really fantastic families along the way! I type all of this to say, 2020 was the toughest year in so many ways for our industry, our business, our drivers and our families. 2020 was on the books to be the best year ever for our company and unfortunately closed as the worst. We even celebrated our 25th Anniversary as Rob began the company in 1995. Our 25th Anniversary was probably the only monumental moment our company had in 2020. However, we are finally here in August of 2021 (17 months from when our industry shut down) and we are so thankful to say that all of our buses are on the road today!! It has been a long 17 months!! Several have left one by one and sometimes two by two over the last couple of weeks but this week, seven left together! While we could not capture all of them in the same video due to traffic flow, we hope you enjoy seeing our beautiful and very colorful buses rolling!
