The 24 mile paved Volksweg trail is just steps away from the cabins and perfect for a scenic walk or bike ride along the lake. We are less than 10 minutes from historic Pella, Knoxville, and Bos Landen Golf course. Pella offers their famous Tulip Time Festival in early May and countless charming shops, dining options, and historic points of interest. Knoxville is home to the renowned Sprint Car Capital of the World at the Knoxville Raceway and Museum. If you are staying with us in the next couple of months, please be aware that Highway T15 is closed at the dam, so plan your route accordingly. Google maps is accounting for this closure and should map you a different route. Contact us if you are unsure the best route to take for your stay!!
