Great news coming to one of my favorite hiking places. Remember hiking is always free in the Smokies. Parking permits to park went into affect last March. Helps to make these great improvements.

It’s a cajun-rubbed, all-beef charbroiled Black Angus patty topped with Smoked Gouda, Pepperjack, Crispy Fried Red Hot, marinated jalepenos and onions, smothered in Sweet Thai Chili & Bourbon Bacon Jam, Fried Green Tomato, Garlic and Siracha Aioli, served on a toasted Brioche Bun garnished with a flame-roasted jalepeno.
