Happy 50th birthday to our recent guest week! The birthday guest was secretly transported to Sol de Mar, brought up the elevator, and then greeted by a large family gathering waiting for his arrival. What a great surprise!

Backup power generation for the entire property was installed at Sol de Mar last April. Now with enough propane to last a week and a half, guests & ourselves can weather any storm in peace & comfort. Signage preventing damage to electrical infrastructure was also installed. Upgrades are a constant force at !

The pursuit of perfection isn't always easy, but we work tirelessly toward it here at Sol de Mar. We recently completed a restructuring of the upper unit floor through the lower unit ceiling, fixing some imperfections in the ceiling downstairs in the process. Huge thanks to Brian our contractor for everything he did to get this done. Here's to future improvements! 🥂
