Hi Friends! We are so excited to start renting nightly. We haven’t had a nightly guest as new owners and we wanted to ask the community help us get started by referrals. 🙏🏻

We would love to host traveling nurses, contract employees, insurance claim adjusters, fishermen, hunters, kayak and outdoor lovers this fall and winter!

We are also offering month to month stays! Let us know if you know anyone that can be our new guest.

This room needs a new keyless lock and deadbolt installed and then it is ready to rent!! 😀 Do you guys like the accent wall??

Also, mulch and chairs are under the trees for shade and relaxation. 🙌🏻

Brick painted! Doors painted! ✅

These Adirondack chairs are being pressure washed and painted a FUN color this week!! I will post after pictures after Ryan Smith is finished doing his thang!

Accent wall (before paint) is being completed by Ryan Fackler and Alex Barton Sutton 😍

We are renovating to prepare for nightly rentals using the Airbnb platform. Once we have the units listed we will post the links for booking.

I also personally received books written by my new friend Mr. Odell Walker! If you haven’t met him he is a frequent presenter Lyon County Public Library and knows more about this county than anyone I know!

Our hope is to share Lyon County’s history with our short term guests. ❤️

We are creating a guest guidebook and we will be including our favorite local places to eat and drink. We know the Eddyville area pretty well but we are not 100% on Kuttawa, Lake City, and Grand Rivers area. Can you help us?
