From Wisconsin to Tanzania. Father's are important!!
Father's Rights are as important as a mother's rights when it comes to their children, in a marriage as well as through a divorce.
But, in my awful and most painful experience in life, the La Crosse
County Family Court System needs an overhaul in thought, action, and judgement. Their antiquated belief system that rubber-stamps children to their mothers, after a long, drawn-out, unfair period of time does not reflect today's society and how many fathers are taking on the past roles that mothers typically played. Nor, do they care about mental illness and what a father is trying to do for his family. They have harmed four people, including my children, when they had every opportunity and plea from me to do something about her actions throughout. Nothing. I was made into an alcohol and drug abuser who commits acts of domestic violence.
Now, I have not spoken to my kids in over two months and she has taken them to Georgia, breaking every custody agreement there is. And, all I can do is file a motion to get her back into court?! The same court that just enabled/allowed this un-lawful behavior? I don't think so. This Dad is going to let the truth fly.
The Time has arrived. And,Timing is everything.
How dare you, state public politicians-acting-as-divorce lawyers. How dare you, ex-wife's lawyer for co-ercing my accountant-the week of my final custody hearing-into sending my $2800 stimulus check to your Trust? Without a court order, and damn sure not my consent! And, my accountant, what the hell is wrong with you?! Yeah, that will be brought to light, too.
Custody Team...$7,000 for you to sit on your ass and not look at a damn thing I sent you, warned you about, shared evidence of proven mental issues on mom's part...like the fraudulent negative covid test she submitted in January for my son?! Well, I have the proof, and the proof that you did nothing about it. Nor did the school, which leads me to my next battle....school, where the hell were you and why were you not protecting my children and I?!
All of my calls, emails, and texts to these institutions went by without any word of them when it came time to give my kids to her, based on her lies. And, this is just the tip of the iceberg...Lies that would have me picking them up at a supervised exchange and having to get a breathalyzer and use every time they were with me. I have never had any issues with the law that 3 people on a custody team I have never met in person could use against me! Her lie from the first court hearing rolled all the way through and I was attacked, humiliated, and judged by a team that was negligent and unethical in their jobs.
Finally, to the La Crosse Family Court Commissioner who gave the final judgment of it all...I will see you at the courthouse with a lot of picket signs and fathers. Time for a change in leadership. Then, Madison.
