Us again, We are officially in the market to add a cleaner to our team!
If you utilize a cleaner for your personal home or business we would love the chat or PM!

We just downloaded Turno for cleans and have had bids in a WIDE range of pricing. Just wondering what is a fair cost for hire.

•Does anyone have a template of questions/criteria they use to vet a cleaner?
We currently have a 5 star cleanliness and are determined to keep that rating.

•Our biggest challenges we face is not having laundering on site. So we are wondering if that would be included in cost and/or a separate expense for a cleaner to do?

•Does anyone use a cleaning checklist for their cleaners? If so, do you have a template we could borrow?

•Our property is about 1.5 hours from La Crosse. If anyone in the area is interested in learning more, please PM me! It only takes us 2-3 hours to clean when we do it.

Hello! We are excited to offer an opportunity for trailer storage and had some questions moving forward.

We have a large 20x30 uninsulated shed with a cement floor we are hoping to rent out (boats, small rv’s and others of the sort).
If any of you rent out a space and/or rent a space could you guide us on certain areas.
•What do you charge/get charged for your trailer storage?
•Do you have any special rental insurance or just simply have tenants carry their own (we have insurance on the building itself)
•Do you have a contract we could template from for potential tenants?
•Finally, anyone in the area needing storage of this sort? We are looking to do first come first serve and once we have all the final details done we will be ready for bookings immediately.
Hoping to have it utilized for just the cold months. It is located just outside of Wisconsin dells. 1.5 hours from La Crosse. So if you’re seeing this, drop me a PM!

Ever heard of Ishnala? If you haven't we highly recommend checking it out! With beautiful winding trails throughout their property and multiple outdoor bars with beautiful sitting areas including a beach, this supper club is truly one of a kind. It is rated to make one of Wisconsin's Best Old Fashioneds. Need I say more?!

Be sure to check it out soon as they are open seasonally and close October 27th.

We are located just outside of Oxford, WI, 25 minute drive to Wisconsin Dells and just over an hour from La Crosse!

Hi, Hi, Hi. We are so ecstatic that you:

1. Are actually reading this and
2. Are willing to stick around to read the rest!

We are South Creek LLC! All of our business savvy friends and loved ones told us we have to attach a fancy LLC to our business to make it legit, so here we are! Stay tuned for the back story on our name sometime soon. We are a 3 part team including Peter Sinnett, the house how-to, in-the-know, boss-man around the job. Then there is Courtney Sinnett, the self proclaimed Joanna Gaines of the situation. And last, (but should have been listed first if we are being honest) is Maddie Stilwell. The business know how, jack of all trades, get it done boss babe of the trio.

Ok, ok, getting to the point... We are South Creek LLC and we will be launching very soon our first ever short-term rental property (Airbnb/VRBO)! We bought a house and mentally prepared for a 6-week turnaround (in Courtney’s brain that was realistic, Pete knew that would never happen). We flipped our cute little property and fell in love with the process. We don’t know our long-term plan in all this but stick around for our journey and grow with us!
