The main floor includes the Master bedroom with a King-size bed and a flat panel HDTV, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, place setting for 24+ and a large dinning table. The great room is furnished with leather seating and a 66” flat panel TV, DVD and a 5.1 Home Theatre Surround Sound system. There is a ½ bath located off of the main entry. A large gas grill with table and chairs are located on the main level deck. This property has a commercial ice-maker on the walk-out level. The Upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 sets of full size bunk beds, the other with a Queen-size poster bed and a flat panel TV. Each room has its own sink with an adjoining Jack and Jill style bathroom. An upper loft has a twin bed. The lower level game room has been equipped with an 8 foot professional Brunswick pool table, electronic dart-board, Xbox One gaming system and a 60” flat panel HDTV. A second full-sized refrigerator, utility room with full-sized washer and dryer along with 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, another with 2 Full-size beds and full bathroom complete this level. The lowest level deck has a 6-person hot tub and a private entrance to a suite consisting of a Queen-size bed, full bath and sitting area with daybed, commercial ice-maker, Keurig coffee maker and a mini-fridge.
