Due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions, the Gateway Arch will be on a delayed opening schedule Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The anticipated opening time is 11:00 a.m.

Gateway Arch National Park officials will continue to monitor the weather and will provide updates if/when needed.

The Gateway Arch call center, ticketing, and tram operations will also have a delayed opening to 11 a.m.

Tipping makes a difference. Here’s a little info for tipping in Mexico and the Caribbean in general. I recommend taking along a minimum of $200 for a 4 night/5 day trip, in a mix of $1 bills, $2 bills, $5 bills and a couple $10 bills for exceptional drivers to and from the airport. $2 bills are great tips. It’s a unique bill a lot of foreign people never see, for the nostalgia and practicality of tipping, $2 bills make great tips!
