We are planning on spending a month (mid Nov-mid Dec) in Baja, MX and are hoping to sublet out our newly remodeled California desert oasis. It's 3 bedrooms, 2 baths + office, garage, pool, bbq and spa. As this is our primary home and we do not have a Short Term Vacation Rental permit yet, we will need to rent it for 28 days and want to only rent to friends or good friends of friends who will treat our home like their own. This is going into high season, so expect mostly sunny days with a high of 75-80 degrees. Similar houses rent for about $500/nt or $10K/mo during this time. We are willing to offer an F&F discount and rent it for $6k for the month. We have major sound ordinances in La Quinta and Palm Springs, so no big pool parties--but tons of fun to be had at our La Quinta Baja Oasis. Its a great location, amazing golf and tennis, next to Palm Desert and a short drive to Palm Springs and Joshua Tree.
