Hey everyone, in case you're wondering about how everything is going with the city there is a zoning variation request for an Airbnb tonight at the city council meeting. In case you're wondering about the process and how it all works. Dana is a host at 318 North Sterling and is up for vote tonight to modify zoning from rs1 to rm1. If anybody wants to go show their support I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated.
