Job Description:
Holy Toledo Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lafayette, LA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling general maintenance orders as they come in. This position does not have set hours and requires being on-call to address maintenance issues promptly. You will not be a W-2 hourly employee, you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Perform various maintenance duties including repairs, installations, and inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants

Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
