The HIP District is where to find Laguna Beach's best galleries, shops, restaurants and hotels. This is the "downtown" for Laguna locals!

It stretches down the Pacific Coast Highway from Thalia Street to BlueBird Canyon. The HIP District is a group of local business owners dedicated to promoting tourism and boosting business within The HIP District’s borders: In the City of Laguna Beach beginning at Thalia Street and South Coast Highway, southbound ending at Bluebird Canyon and South Coast Highway. Extending east to Glenneyre and west to the sparkling Pacific Ocean.
