Quick mid-season trip to PCB earlier this month to restock, deep clean, and make a couple repairs.

Just four days, but we tackled all 5 condos: a new area rug at 1608, entry door lock at 2002, restocking supplies for guests, cleaning baseboards, washing area rugs & couch coverings, taking kitchen inventory, checking light bulbs and drains, replenishing beach towel supplies, adding a new Roku device, replacing a cable box & last, but not least: organizing the game cabinets.

It was a whirlwind visit, and we didn't even have time to touch the sand, but it feels amazing to know our condos are in tip-top shape for our guests! The highlight of each trip of course is reading the wonderful comments in our Guest Books! ❤️

And yes, if you noticed that master bath sink, they fabricated that countertop incorrectly, so they'll have to redo it and do a double sink. 😌

If you've never been to Havana Beach Bar & Grill at the Pearl in Rosemary Beach, you're missing out. This burger is not even on the menu (It's called the Mandy Burger). Candied bacon, Gorgonzola cheese and Parmesan fries.

Our section of Ramsgate Harbour is officially under construction starting today with an ETA of 12 June (hopefully sooner)!

All new Trex decking, and railings are being added, in addition to new paint, gutters, landscaping & more! Salmon doors will soon be replaced by Benjamin Moore Smoke (office door pictured) and lattice will be removed.

We're excited for all of the new things to come. Stay tuned for more updates!
