Kitchen has new cabinets and full sized appliances and quartz countertops. Bathroom has a shower over tub, with a new walk in shower 9/24. Located in the Banyan Building, just a 5 min walk to the most beautiful long sandy beach. Reef for snorkeling is a short walk. Large grassy beachfront area with loungers and 2 resort pools and spas. Beachfront On-site Castaway Cafe is wonderful! Shuffleboard, corn hole, rental shack has SUP, kayak and loungers + more! New equipment in the fitness center, clean, well lit gas bbq's and coin laundry. We are located on the 2nd floor, stair access only.
