6 bedrooms (5 furnished bedrooms, one furnished as an office room. The bedroom in the basement is furnished as a kids room that sleeps 9 with 2 bunk beds and a loft bed. Plenty of spare rollup mattress)

Extra-large double-sided fireplace on main level that opens to kitchen and family room. Additional fireplace in the basement

. Basement with a full size custom wet bar (BYOB), game-room and movie room. Games include pool, air hockey, and foosball tables in the basement; ping pong table in the garage and a badminton set to play in the garage or outside. Backyard with a large firepit and paved with 10’ solid stones

Enjoy plenty of local wildlife while hiking over 5 miles of marked trails within the property. You are welcome to bring your own ATVs/UTVs/Dirt Bikes/4x4s/mountain bikes for use on the trails. Bears, white-tail deer, wild turkey, fisher cats, red foxes, porcupine, coyotes, bobcats, otter, bunnies and many species of birds have been spotted on the property. The property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat. Plenty of kitchen pots/pans/utensils and BBQ grill available for your use. Firewood stocked for your use in fireplace/firepit. Large TV in the Movie room, medium size TV in the bar and 4 bedrooms. Roku/Apple TV connected to each. High speed optic fiber internet connection and Wi-Fi available on all floors.

Zen acres has an all new look with the completion of a major painting project. The inside has been repainted with colors inspired by the great outdoors!!

We just had another Project Self yoga retreat at Zen Acres last weekend. Great time with knowledge sharing, wonderful music, games and plenty of outdoor activities. Big thanks to all the participants 🙏.

We continue to improve the amenities at Zen Acres. Upgraded to a new larger TV in the media room. Added 2 full on full bunk beds. With all the games, media and beds, good luck getting kids to leave the basement.

Looking forward to winter season at Zen Acres. Great place to stay and go skiing. Elk mountain is scheduled to open December 16th.

We were fortunate to host a wonderful yoga retreat at Zen Acres. The yogis including the little ones enjoyed the peace & quiet and positive energy of the place for the meditation and yoga sessions. The big indoor fireplace and backyard fire pit helped create the perfect ambiance. They also enjoyed the long hike on a moderate level trail and some thrills off-roading at midnight.

We had a great summer season at Zen Acres. Good time with family and friends. This summer was quite rainy and resulted in plenty of greenery around. Lot of wildlife around as usual.
We were excited to have our first repeat guest.
Looking forward to a wonderful fall season.

The woods are becoming green again. Streams are flowing strong with rain water. Spring is beautiful at Zen Acres.

Kalahari water park is the largest indoor water park on the east coast. Only 40 minutes from Zen Acres. 25 if Mahesh Viswanathan is driving 😀.
