☀️ When traveling to the islands, it’s important to note the location of the island and time of year. Hurricane season runs through the summer into late fall, with the worst being July - September.
☀️ This video was taken as Hurricane Fiona passed over islands north of St. Lucia. Because of the hurricane, the surf was stronger than usual so we couldn’t swim in the ocean for a day. However, the rest of our vacation wasn’t affected at all. This is why I always recommend islands outside of the hurricane belt when traveling during hurricane season! Here are some:

Dining reservations at Disney World are tricky - they open up at 6am 60 days before your trip, and they often sell out within minutes. As a planner, I book all of my clients’ dining reservations. Even better, if there are any that are sold out, I have a subscription service to dining alerts that text me as soon as a reservation opens up. Because of this, I’m able to get my clients whatever reservations they want, so they can make fun memories like this one ❤️
