It was part of the 1964 New York World’s Fair 🌎🎡

Its music was written by the legendary Sherman brothers 🎶

The Disneyland version includes characters from some of our favorite Disney movies like Cinderella, The Three Caballeros, The Little Mermaid, Toy Story, and more 👸🦜🧜‍♀️🤠

Mary Blair created the iconic designs, and you can find more of her work around Disney’s Contemporary Resort 🎨

😍😠 Many people have, let’s say, strong opinions about the song, but it IS a classic and “the happiest cruise that ever sailed” should be experienced at least once.

🚢 It’s just fitting that if Walt Disney World has Movies Under the Stars 🌟 at their resorts that Disney Cruise Line will have “dive-in” movies at their amazing main pool, right? What screams Disney cruise vacation more than relaxing in the pool while watching your favorite Disney movie? 🎥 The only thing that makes it even sweeter is grabbing a drink of the day 🍹 and knowing you’ve got nowhere to be except wherever you want to be! Okay, here's the thing. For some reason, I tend to always end up at Casey's Corner on the way out of of the park at the end of the night for some corn dog nuggies.

⚾️ 🌭 For normal people that like to eat lunch here, Casey’s Corner has that ballpark feel right in the heart of Magic Kingdom! From classic hot dogs and hearty 🌶️ chili dogs to crowd-pleasing corn dog nuggets and fries, there’s something for everyone in the family to enjoy. And don’t forget a round of (non-alcoholic) frozen mint julep lemonade, it’s so refreshing! 🍋

Oh, and while you’re digging into those delicious dogs, soak in a fantastic view of Cinderella Castle and maybe catch some live ragtime piano playing if you’re lucky! 🏰🎹

Disney really TURNED IT UP 🎵 with the All-Star Music Resort! Whether you’re looking for show tunes 🎭, country 🤠, jazz 🎷, rock 🎸, or calypso 🏝️, your signature musical taste is represented! Not only is the theming fun 🎉, but guys, the price can’t be beat 💰.

The All-Star resorts are the most affordable on-property options, but that doesn’t mean you are getting a bottom of the barrel room. Standard rooms 🛏️ have recently been renovated AND this resort is also home to family suites that sleep up to 6 (plus an infant 👶)! Families, Disney sees you!

🐢 If you ever want to do something really special for someone who loves sea turtles, I’ve got an idea for you. No, I’m not suggesting traveling to the Galapagos Islands, just to the east coast of Florida! ☀️

Disney’s Vero Beach resort is HUGE on sea turtle conservation and turtles are found in the decor all over the resort. What’s more, guests have the opportunity to sign up for a guided early morning walk with a conservationist during nesting and hatching season. It’s quite an unforgettable experience and one a sea turtle fan would never forget! 🐢

🍴 Deluxe Resort Quick Service: Don’t overlook the quick service spots at deluxe resorts. They often have unique options that you won't find in the parks or food courts.

Sharing about FREE and FUN just never gets old. 🥳 At Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Grand Floridian Resort and others (just ask when you check in if available at yours) there is a daily character hunt offered. 🔎Each day the resort’s mascot character is moved. Once you find it, take a photo with it and head to the front desk for your button and a location sticker. Search high and low each day for four days to fill your button with stickers. 🎉

Whenever you can spend more time enjoying the fabulous Disney resorts, you should! There’s nothing quite like staying inside the Disney bubble and you’ll get so much more from your visit when you work with a travel pro (like me) who knows how to elevate the magic. 🧚🏻 Let’s sprinkle extra pixie dust on your vacation!

🍽️Dining: Enjoy fan favorites like 1900 Park Fare and Grand Floridian Cafe; lounges like Enchanted Rose; fine dining like Victoria & Alberts and Narcoossee’s. Options aplenty!

📍Location: The proximity to Magic Kingdom is amazing with options to walk, ride the monorail, or take a water launch

🎹Atmosphere: The lobby, even though it’s in an ongoing renovation, is jaw dropping with high ceilings, floral arrangements, plush furniture, and sometimes live music!

🎄Seasonal Offerings: Christmas and Easter displays bring in folks from other resorts, day guests, and locals. Hello, life-size Gingerbread House and ornate Easter eggs!

🛼🍔🎵It’s always the fabulous 50s at Mel's Drive-In at Universal Orlando! Got a craving for that classic diner vibe? Mel’s is your spot. With checkered floors and a jukebox at every booth, you’ll feel like you’ve walked onto the set of Happy Days.

And you know what they offer that most quick services places don’t...onion rings! 🤯

📲 Definitely utilize mobile ordering whatever you choose to eat at Mel’s (it’s a hot spot especially after the refurb it just had) and be sure to pose for some fun photos with the classic 1950's cars out front! So...fries or onion rings? 🍟🧅
