When you book Hotels 1-2 years in advance you never know the future. Another reserved Hotel contacted Me yesterday about an upcoming renovation. Good News working with our Marriot Representative I was able to move both groups from the Crowne Plaza to Niagara Marriott Fallsview.

Flyers went out last week for this tour. We tried it twice before on this one, working on a few different options depending on sign up. From a 12 Passenger Van to Full Motorcoach. To get it go out. Giving it till Friday September 27 to make decision to either change it or cancel it. Without loosing deposits. Thinking about going a bit further adding the Ark. 🤔

Apparently someone tried crossing into Canada with a Gun on a Bus so ALL BUSES are now going through Full Search of EVERYTHING!!! Currently crossings are taking over Two Hours for Buses. Working to make adjustments for this change to our schedule.

Just have to say how Thankful I am being Blessed with such a Loving Travel Family.

Over the past few Months the Acadiana Byways travel Family has grown with travelers all along the Louisiana Coast. And with the past few days of all us being within the aim everyone kept in contact with each other checking on needs, safety and most importantly PRAYERS for one another. From Cameron to Houma, Thibodeaux, Lafayette, Kaplan, Abbeville, Lake Charles and so many other areas everyone felt as one. This is truly is something beautiful.

As I have said before this is not a company it's a group of people who Love to Travel and even more Love being together. Thank You Dear Jesus for allowing all of us to come together to share in each other's Love, Compassion and most of all to see this Beautiful World you created for Us. With Much Love, Tj

Not a good morning, the Drury Hotel of Mobile, AL for our Christmas tour has just informed me they are closing December 1 for renovations. So now I have to find hotels for both busses within price range and location due to hours of service for our Drivers and other schedule events. I will let everyone know if any major changes have to be made. Thank you in advance for understanding. Tj

UPDATE: With the short window of preparation for the storm in the Gulf Weve already started preparations in packing up My office. As we know each person can be affected differently in damages. After judy finalizing all confirmations on Friday I've already begun this Monday morning sending out emails to Our Hotels, Restaurants and Attractions that due to the week ahead I will Not only be unavailable at times but also the possibility of changes in attendance.

I will be working the remainder of the week via My phone and Tablet as long as I have cellular Wi-Fi service. As you all know I have everything mobile so that I can work while out on the road this also allows for ease of transition for situations like this.

I will not only be posting our status over the next few days but reaching out to you all on your status. Feel free at anytime to dend a messages, email or text to let us know how you are doing. As of this early Monday Morning NOTHING HAS BEEN CANCELED, I have Faith in Our Prayers for everyone to be protected over the next few days. 🙏

I will be at My desk Friday closing out all Final confirmations on the two upcoming Autumn Tours. Next week I will begin printing the Tour packets for the Christmas Tours so they can be mailed out before We depart on the Autumn Tours. With two busses booked there are still a few spots left on Christmas tour.
